Ilucki Casino Terms of Use: A Complete Guide for Players

When you sign up at Ilucki Casino, you agree to a set of rules that protect your funds, personal data, and overall gaming experience. The platform operates under New Zealand law, which means the operator follows strict licensing and consumer‑protection standards. Understanding each clause helps you avoid accidental breaches that could lock your account or forfeit winnings. You can read the full terms on the official site exactly here, and keep this guide handy while you play.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility Rules

Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

The casino permits anyone who is at least 18 years old and resides in New Zealand to create an account. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited cannot register, and the system checks your IP address during sign‑up to enforce this rule. The casino also cross‑checks your address against national ID databases to confirm residency.

Verification and KYC Procedures

After you submit your personal details, the compliance team requests a government‑issued ID and a recent utility bill. You must upload clear images within 48 hours, otherwise the account stays inactive and you cannot withdraw winnings. If any document appears blurry, the team contacts you within two hours to request a clearer copy.

Multiple Account Policy

Ilucki Casino allows only one active account per person, household, and payment method. If you attempt to open a second profile, the support staff will merge the accounts and may apply a penalty to any pending bonuses. The compliance unit runs daily algorithms that detect shared IPs, device fingerprints, and payment overlaps.

2. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

Visa / Mastercard NZ$20 1–2 business days
PayPal NZ$30 Instant to account
POLi NZ$10 Same day
Bitcoin NZ$50 Up to 6 hours
Bank Transfer NZ$100 3–5 business days

Choosing a fast e‑wallet like PayPal usually speeds up both deposit and withdrawal, while bank transfers provide higher limits.

Wagering Requirements for Deposits

Every deposit that qualifies for a bonus carries a 30× wagering condition on the bonus amount plus the deposit. The casino counts only slots, video poker, and certain table games toward this target; live dealer games do not contribute. Players who focus on high‑RTP slots usually satisfy the 30× condition faster than those who gamble on low‑variance games.

Withdrawal Limits and Pending Periods

The platform caps daily withdrawals at NZ$5,000 per player, and any request triggers a 24‑hour review period. During high‑traffic periods, the compliance team may extend the pending window to 48 hours to verify source of funds.

3. Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions

Welcome Bonus and First Deposit Offer

New members receive a 100 % match up to NZ$200 plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead after the first deposit. The bonus activates only after you wager the deposit amount at least once, and it expires after 30 days if you do not meet the wagering requirement. The bonus also excludes cash‑out requests until the wagering condition clears, preventing premature withdrawals.

Free Spin Limitations

The 50 free spins apply exclusively to Book of Dead and Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness. Each spin caps winnings at NZ$10, and any profit converts to bonus balance that still follows the 30× wagering rule. If a spin lands on a scatter, the game awards the free spin prize but still respects the NZ$10 win cap.

Bonus Abuse and Expiration Clauses

The casino monitors patterns such as bonus stacking, rapid bet reversal, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer. If the system flags abuse, staff will void the bonus, confiscate related winnings, and may permanently ban the player.

4. Game Contribution and Provider Rules

Contribution Percentages by Game Type

Slots contribute 100 % toward wagering, while video poker adds 50 %. Table games such as Blackjack and Roulette count 10 %. Live dealer titles provide only 5 % of each bet toward the bonus requirement. This policy encourages players to explore a variety of games while rewarding popular slots.

Eligible Slot Providers – The Games Company (Book of Souls, Almighty Ramses II) and Play’n GO (Book of Dead, Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness)

Ilucki Casino lists The Games Company and Play’n GO as eligible slot providers for bonus play. Any spin on Book of Souls, Almighty Ramses II, Book of Dead, or Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness satisfies the contribution rules described above.

Live Casino and Zitro Interactive Contributions – Zitro Interactive (Wheel of Legends, Buffalo Charge) and NetEnt Live (Blaze Roulette, Live Beyond Live)

Zitro Interactive titles add 5 % each, while NetEnt Live games contribute the same low percentage. Players who enjoy Wheel of Legends, Buffalo Charge, Blaze Roulette, or Live Beyond Live should expect slower progress on wagering requirements.

5. Prohibited Behaviors and Account Closure

Use of VPNs and Geo‑Spoofing

The security team blocks any connection that originates from a VPN, proxy, or masked IP address. If you attempt to bypass regional restrictions, staff will suspend the account pending verification of your true location.

Professional Play and Arbitrage Strategies

Players who consistently employ arbitrage, edge‑sorting, or other professional techniques violate the fair‑play policy. Ilucki Casino reserves the right to limit stakes, confiscate profits, or close the account without refund.

Consequences of Breach (e.g., Forfeiture of Winnings)

When staff confirms a breach, they immediately freeze the balance, return any bonus funds to the house, and may permanently ban the player from all affiliated platforms.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self‑Exclusion

Deposit Limits and Cooling‑Off Periods

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps up to NZ$2,000 through the account dashboard. If you activate a 24‑hour cooling‑off, the system blocks all login attempts until the period ends.

Links to External Support Organizations

The casino displays direct links to Gambling Helpline New Zealand, Problem Gambling NZ, and the National Council on Problem Gambling, allowing you to seek professional help at any time.
